Hi!   I’m Lisi Kempton, Business Consultant, Fractional COO, and Certified Professional Coach with an emphasis on Social & Emotional Intelligence. I’m also the Founder of SoulTree Operations, A Business Growth Agency.

My career got its start over 30 years ago with Silicon Valley startups.

For the past 20 years I’ve been helping ambitious, purpose-driven, entrepreneurs reduce costly trial and error and shorten the time it takes to expand their business from 6 to 7-figures so they can have a greater impact on the world.

Over and over again, I watched motivated, purpose-drive business owners struggle in the attempt to scale and have the impact they dream of. I started studying exactly what separated the companies that ignited from the ones that fizzled. I learned what my 6-figure clients needed to do in order to avoid the costly mistakes my 7-figure clients had made along the way.

This is the secret I wish every entrepreneur knew.  It all starts with understanding the essential components to building a business infrastructure designed for long term scalable, sustainable success.
